This workshop will be broken up in to two parts: In the morning we will explore qualities like patience, kindness, self control, among others through paintings which seek to embody these qualities. In the afternoon we will look at images that are archetypal in nature in order to see what is operating in our interior world.

In this workshop we will review our life to date, reflecting on questions like: Am I fulfilled? Or was I fulfilled in my life? In my work? Is there anybody I need to forgive? Is there anybody I need to ask forgiveness from? What are my thoughts around death and dying? And many more....
